We strive to provide customers with the best dental products. After each order is placed with us, we have a staff members fill orders within 1-3 business days. All orders will arrive 7-10 days (depending on shipping option) after your order has been placed.
All of our products will be shipped through USPS. A shipping calculator is displayed during checkout with different shipping options USPS offers and the price for each option. After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with details on your shipment.
All of our shipments come with USPS Delivery Confirmation. This service allows you to always know where your package is and also lets us know when we can complete your order in our records. Tracking numbers can be found on each order listed in the “My Account” area or in your shipment notification email.
- Returns & Replacements
Healthy Dental Products will only honor returns on incorrect orders and products that have been damaged as a result of shipping. Each product from an incorrect order must be unopened and in original condition. Healthy Dental Products will not honor returns for any other reasons than stated above. If an order is incorrect, please contact us before returning your order. Return shipping must be paid by the customer.
- Free Shipping
Healthy Dental Products offers free shipping on all orders of $100 or more. This free shipping is limited to US shipping only. During checkout, the order will show free shipping as well as our other shipping methods. Orders with free shipping may take longer to process and arrive later than other shipping methods. Customers will always have the option to decline free shipping and select another form of shipping from USPS. Healthy Dental Products is not responsible for any shipping costs if customers decline free shipping.
Undeliverable Products
Healthy Dental Products is unable to re-ship any undeliverable orders. If an order is returned to Healthy Dental Products, customers must re-order any items they still wish to purchase. Orders may be marked as undeliverable and returned to Healthy Dental Products if the shipping address provided by the customer is incorrect or if the customer fails to receive items at a local USPS office within timeframe on notice.
- Viewing Orders
We provide options to view status updates on all orders as well as the opportunity to review all past orders you placed with us. To see your orders, please login with your email address and password. Click on the "Forgot Password" link if you have trouble logging in and directions will be sent to you via email on how to reset your password. Once logged into your account, click on the "My Orders" link listed in the dashboard options.
- Updating Account Information
To update your account information, such as name, email address or password, please login with your email address and password. Click on the "Forgot Password" link if you have trouble logging in and directions will be sent to you via email on how to reset your password. Once logged into your account, click on the "Account Information" or "Address Book" links listed in the dashboard options.
